Vintage linen, doilies, and crinkled binding, were combined with antique buttons & pins to repurpose these silverplate beauties into luscious pincushions. They are filled with crushed walnut shells and lavender, so they are lovely, fragrant, and practical too. The container in the foreground was created using the antique petit point from a damaged evening clutch. Great fun.

These are awesome! Repurposed silver-plated pieces given new life.
