This weekend at Premier Orlando it’s about more than education—it’s about intentionality. ❤️
As a salon owner, I want my team to know they are seen, valued, and appreciated. Sometimes that looks like making sure there’s a quick breakfast before an early morning class, a late-night snack after a long day, or a swag bag filled with things chosen just for them.
Each member of our team is investing in themselves and their careers this weekend. They are giving up their time to learn, grow, and bring back new knowledge that will better serve our clients and community.
We are excited for new opportunities, new services, fresh inspiration, and education from some of the best in the industry. Most importantly, we’re excited to come back refreshed, motivated, and ready for what’s next.
To my team—thank you for believing in the vision, showing up, and continuing to grow. I couldn’t be more proud of you.

Reminder that Southern Roots Salon and Spa & Grounded at Southern Roots will be CLOSED June 2nd–4th while our team heads to Premiere Orlando for education, inspiration, and a little fun taking our baby boss to see the mouse ✨

We will resume appointments and normal business hours June 5th.

Another fully booked weekend at Southern Roots Salon ✨

Saturday, May 16 is officially FULLY BOOKED and we are incredibly thankful for every appointment, coffee run, head spa guest, and client that continues to support our growing team 🤍

The Southern Roots team is excited to attend the Premiere Orlando show where we’ll be sitting under some of the top educators in the industry, discovering new products, learning new techniques, and bringing home exciting new services for our clients.

Please plan accordingly — the salon will be CLOSED May 30th through June 4th while our team attends continuing education and industry training.
