Not your average folding chairs…

Check out this set of 4 Vintage Castelli Italian Plia Folding Chairs. Originally designed in the late 1960s - this chair revolutionized the concept of folding furniture. Its defining feature is the innovative three-disc pivot hinge, which allows the chair to fold down to just 1 inch thick. Made of chrome & clear lucite.

This set of 4 chairs have normal signs of wear and tear such as scuffs to the lucite. I tried getting shots of that in the pictures, however they don’t show up very well. They are stamped “Plia Castelli Italy”

Available for pickup at Modern Again.

Priced at $200 + tax for the set of 4.

Due to forecasted high winds of around 20 mph, the Westonka Outdoor Vintage Market scheduled for Saturday, 4/18 has been canceled out of an abundance of caution.

As much as I was looking forward to gathering with all of you, the safety of our vendors, shoppers, and community comes first. With conditions like these, there’s an increased risk of tents, displays, and merchandise becoming unstable, and I don’t want anyone to get hurt.
