This kid has been my number 1 supporter from the beginning. He helped me on live sales, make outfits, took my photos and so much more. Today, let’s just sit back and celebrate him. 🥳

Boy have I had a lesson in self-care this past week! 🤦‍♀️

On Thursday night, doing something I’ve done before but that is dumb, I fell. And I fell HARD, hitting my head and giving myself a concussion. I did not lose consciousness (that’s a huge plus) but I had a lot of the other symptoms. Can you believe, I’ve had a concussion before (and I didn’t even hit my head with that one) so I kinda had first hand knowledge. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not. 🤔

Did you know that the one major way to heal from a concussion is REST? Our brains heal from resting and little to no stimulation aka tv, electronics, you name it. I KNOW this but yet boy can that be a hard pill to swallow. There’s no timeline for healing. The long term effects vary and some are unknown. 💜

So, back to resting I go. Healing my mind (literally) and learning a BIG lesson in self care. It really is important! 😘

I’ve decided that I need my shirts to do the talking for me. In case you didn’t know, I’m an introvert. But I also have a triple whammy. A SHY introvert with social anxiety! If you know me and I don’t seem this way to you - Congrats! 👏

I struggle with “small talk” and what this shirt says is me having a conversation. And yes, seriously, it would stop there unless the person was able to continue the conversation because I just don’t have that capability. I don’t consider it a flaw, it’s just me. People have thought I was a snob or was ignoring them. I’m too worried about my own brain for that! 😜

This roller coaster spring weather we’re having can be complicated figuring out what to wear. Enter the Dolman. The sleeves help cover my bat wings 😂 as well as give more comfort for the chillier air. The ruching at the stomach helps to hide my mom/bloated stomach. Yes, yes I’m poking fun at myself. 😜

Throw it on with a pair of jeans and sneakers and out the door you go. Wanna wear with leggings? I’d recommend sizing up 1 for a looser and longer fit. I only have the papaya and black cherry pin dot available in my inventory but there are many other color options available. How would you wear the Dolman?
