Wow, where has the time gone? Looking at these adorable faces, it’s amazing to think about how little we knew what was coming. This is the person who had no idea what God’s plan was. This is the one who makes all the magic happen. This is the person who held onto the dream. What started as a simple dream has blossomed into a wonderful life full of brides, friendships, laughter, and countless blessings. Some days are busy, some days are challenging, but moments like this remind me just how thankful I am for everyone who’s been part of this journey with me. It’s truly a sweet reminder that God is always writing a bigger story than we can imagine 🤍

There is something wildly romantic about a gown getting a second love story!

The moment Kellie opened the box, time just seemed to fold in on itself for a second. Layers of satin, tiny details from another era, memories stitched into every seam… it was all still so beautiful.

And honestly, watching the two of them together through this process made it even more special. You could feel how much love was wrapped up in that gown long before Sophi ever put it on.

At first, Sophi thought she may want to shorten it for the rehearsal dinner, but once we started peeling back the layers and discovering what was underneath, everything changed. The satin beneath the tulle was timeless, elegant, and far too beautiful not to let shine again.

So instead of completely reinventing the gown, we gave it little whispers of modern romance while still keeping the heart of Kellie’s original gown alive. And somehow… it still felt entirely like Sophi. Sweet, joyful, effortlessly beautiful, and completely herself.

I think that’s what makes moments like this so meaningful. It was never just about remaking a dress. It was about a mother getting to watch a piece of her story become part of her daughter’s.

And truly… what could be more special than that? 🤍

Somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like one of my brides and became a true friend, and that’s something I’ll always cherish.

I keep replaying everything in my mind, designing your dress, that sweet “yes,” all your fittings, our little phone calls about every tiny detail, and then your wedding day. And oh what a perfect day it was!!!

Getting to walk through this season with you meant so much to me. There’s just something about you. Your heart, your kindness, it made the whole experience feel extra special.

The wedding may be over, but this isn’t the end for us. Not even close.

I’ll be right here, always cheering you on.

This gown just has that regal feel to it… from the Queen Anne neckline with soft eyelash lace, to those illusion sleeves with beaded appliqué, and that sweet little keyhole back.

It’s timeless in the best way. I had a bit of a Kate Middleton moment in mind when I was working on this one, and I just love how it turned out 🤍
