For the last 10+ years I have been doing alterations as a side gig. But I recently retired from a career in the IT field after over 39 years. Now I get to spend a lot more time behind my sewing machine. I can do all sorts of alterations:
Hemming: slacks, jeans, t-shirts, skirts, dresses (formal and casual), curtains, sleeves of jackets, blouses, shirts, etc.;
Zippers: I have replaced z

ippers in jeans, dress pants, dresses, skirts,
some backpacks, winter coats, leather coats, light weight coats, etc. Patches: I can sew on patches on gi's, shirts, jackets, etc. Repair: I can patch holes on jeans, slacks, your favorite blanket, etc. Take In/Let Out: I can take up shoulder straps, take in and let out pants waists, taper pant legs, take in side seams of tops and blouses and suit jacket, etc. I have an industrial sewing machine that can sew leather and items of a greater thickness

Please no wedding dresses at this time. If you have something that I have not listed above, please feel free to reach out to me and ask about it.

The pull tab came off of my boots. But....with one of my machines.....I can stitch it back on. Anyone have this happe...
