My Personal Seamstress is officially closed for business today…June 21st, 2025. And the garage sale selling the remainder of my fabrics and notions ends at 6:30 this evening.
Thursday I opened at 9 o’clock and closed at 7 o’clock. Yesterday, Friday, I opened at 9 o’clock, (but unofficially people were coming at 8 o’clock) and I closed up at 5:30 because of the terrible winds and dust storm. Today I will open at 9 o’clock and will close at 5:30, unless people keep coming. Everything today will be marked off 25%, even way more expensive items that have been on the table in the garage. Fabric will be $2.00 two dollars per pound. All scraps that do not contain a full 12 inches of fabric will sell in a plastic grocer bag at one dollar per bag, even the den scraps.

I want to thank all of my wonderful devoted customers through the years! I’ve shown professionally for over 50 years and it’s been really hard to give it up! I will miss the contact I have with so many wonderful people exclamation your kindness and generosity rewarded me bound, and it’s been heartwarming to see your smiles and tears. When the item I’ve for you has exceeded your expectation!

Now I’m off to see what my next season of life will hold 😄! I’m excited!!

Someone brought me some outdoor cushions and the fabric to make new covers. For some reason I did not make a sales order so I have no record of who they belong to. If it’s yours I am so sorry but they are ready and you’re welcome to come and get them

Just a note to all my friends and family and loyal customers;

I am having neck surgery tomorrow and will probably be unable to work for at least six weeks. Thank you to all of you for your thoughts and prayers and comments. You can't know how much they mean.!

I'M WRITING THIS POST TO NOTIFY ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS AND FRIENDS THAT i AM NOT WORKING MUCH FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. MY ELDEST SON, WILLIAM LEROY CRUMBLISS, PASSED AWAY YESTERDAY MORNING.. HIS WIFE BECKI HAS ALL THE DETAILS AND WE ARE GETTING TOGETHER SOON. I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF THEM.. I CHERISH KNOWING EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AND I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE WHAT I AM VISUALIZING WHEN I AM COUNTING MY BLESSINGS! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

NOW OFFERING 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT!
Thanks to a specific request from Raedena Brooks, and comments from many others, My personal Seamstress is now happy to offer a 10% Military Discount! I also offer a quantity discount. Any time you bring in 5 or more of anything that requires the same alteration, I will discount substantially. For example; An $8 charge for hemming one pair of pants becomes a $5 charge for multiple pairs.

Saturday is Prom in Mountain Home and I have tried to reserve time for any last-minute alterations. I've already altered several dresses and made cummerbunds and bow ties for several guys, but I still have time for a couple more if you need me. 587-9885

We just had the most awesome class here tonight! I don't remember when I had so much fun and each of the girls (women?) did such an awesome job! I'm hoping they will post pictures because the things they made are each so individual and incredible. I can hardly wait for next week's class!
