A little look at some items for sale at The Junk Shop at Rio. Some are inside Green River Hill Grocery as well - so definitely shop both places when you visit.

We have fall decor, pitchers, lamps, salt and peppers - so, so much! There is also an entire curio cabinet for sale - we’ve decided it’s not a good fit for our display needs.

We are happy to share that Green River Hill Grocery was named the Hart County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award last night at their annual banquet.

We were fortunate to share this experience with our entire family, except the one we all miss most. His words were shared during the award presentation - this store was such a source of happiness for him.

We thank the chamber and those who nominated the store - this award hits in a very meaningful way for us right now.

Today is the first day we have officially reopened The Junk Shop at Rio. There are several fresh finds in the garage and inside Green River Hill Grocery.

We will be selling some larger items in a storage unit soon as well, so keep a watch out for those.
