👟SOLE COLLECTIONS, FOR SALE!!!!👟

Middle TN, FIRST, shoe store is up for sale! Sole Collections has been around since July of 2016, making this year, almost 5 YEARS in business.

The store is in no danger of closing and still continues to grow DAILY! The store is simply for sale, due to the fact that the owner does not have as much time as he would like to be able to put his all into the store anymore. Tax records from previous year (2020) are available in hand and the store is for sale at UNDER HALF of what it made last year with almost all of the asking price, included in inventory that you receive with purchase of the store.

Not because it needs to be sold, but because we would like to bless someone with a business where you will see your investment PLUS MORE in under a year 100%. (This is not normal to do for those who have not opened or bought a business before)
