I'm running a little behind today because I had to settle up some dues/fees for a couple big things in the works 😏🀐 You might get a preview of one of those things this weekend! By the way for those who've been asking about the Camaro, it is back on the market since we didnt get the "favorite videogame store" this year. Just message me if you're still interested 🫑 I've been asked about black Friday specials too. I can run some discounts on collectibles, but I won't be trying to beat electronics prices that weekend πŸ˜¬πŸ˜… Another update for ya; my booth at The Wagon has been at 25% off but still available to purchase as an entire lot for closer to 60% off. I've had a few inquiries not lead anywhere, so that might have to remain mine for a while.. we will see πŸ€” I have some new Warhammer and a XYAB restock on the way this week!! Lastly, I don't plan to set up at the next MSU car show event. I just plain don't make enough for it to be worth closing the store to be there πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I hope to see some familiar faces at the shop today! 😁

You already know what's going on yall βš”οΈ It's Murray's favorite comic book store back at it again with these sword shaped comics!! πŸ˜…πŸ€Ί Don't be deceived, these definitely tell a story 😎 I'm not sure why/how I end up with these or why they've always sold quick πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I hate the liability of having them around, so come take them to your house CHEAP!! 20 bucks..take your pick! Pay even less for a bundle deal lol

Today I had a regular message me to tell me today is the day she's finally ready to upgrade to a Playstation 5!! Lisa Kaye Cooper is a farmer and into hunting as well as videogames that let her do similar activities πŸ¦ŒπŸšœπŸŽ―πŸŒ½πŸ¦ƒ She is always trying to support know-a-guy with shares, likes, purchases, etc and that doesn't go unnoticed! So I came in a little early to unbox this 1st gen disc edition ps5 to skin it for her and include a few personalized extras πŸ˜‰πŸŽ Enjoy your PS5 and congratulations Lisa!! πŸ‘πŸ₯³πŸ‘Œ

The results are in! By majority vote, know-a-guy received Murray's "favorite comic store" πŸ“šπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I put the award above the Manga section since I don't really deal with traditional comic books in general. I might have 5-10 that I thrifted but none have ever sold lol. The point is, it's OKAY to try and fail. Everything I've learned, taught, bought/sold, started doing, and quit doing.. was based on past experiences involving plenty of costly lessons βœοΈπŸ“– I'm grateful that people who shop here and follow this page love my store! 🫢 I'm not as known as the other videogame store nominees, Gamestop and I think one of the pizzerias on Chestnut. I'm not sure which one was awarded "favorite videogame store". That information hasn't been made public yet and I wasn't allowed to know either. With your support, I'll get to try again in 2027! πŸ—“πŸ’ͺ🀞I wish I could pass my award on to the man on court square that has even less local traction/awareness for his shop. His place is called "Old Days Comic Shop" and you might not have known he exists. It's rough to spread awareness of your small local business. I've done radio ads, newspapers, collabs with other businesses like Archers in Hardin and The Wagon . You can still find my ads in the Archers newspaper menus and on the big screens at Corvette Lanes bowling alley. I'll get there eventually and hope to become a staple in this community. I want people to remember me like Joe from the skating rink or Mr Jingles from elementary school. As long as I can remain open, I am content! 😁πŸ₯³
