A life was forever changed yesterday in the upstairs room at As You Go Clothing Co❤️
If you’ve met in that room for any reason, you know! It’s a special place!!
A lady reached out to me a couple weeks ago through her daughter, who was put into our path the last few weeks of my mom’s life.
This lady needed some encouragement and care after the passing of her father several months ago. She was sad, and carrying lots of feelings.
As we talked, I asked if she had a personal relationship with Christ. She responded that she did not and didn’t really know what that meant.
We read through several scriptures and talked about the meaning of those verses.
After answering her questions, I asked if she would like to know Christ as the Lord of her life, and told her she could go home and think about all we had read. She responded quickly that she did not want to wait and prayed a sweet prayer in that special upstairs room of our store.
If we believe His word, and I do, then we claim this verse as truth: “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved”.
Celebrating and proclaiming that a life was changed for eternity the instant she asked❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
More than selling clothing and gifts has happened in this place the last three years.
