One of my Mother’s Day gifts.
Phill made me an earring holder, 3D printed. He is making me 2 more, one for my gold and another for my other earrings.

Today was going great! Got an emergency prom dress repair done this morning. Spent some time with Alan and Phill. I decided to get the embroidery machine going to get customer projects going.
This is where the good day ended.
The glass behind the LCD display, we believe this is what’s wrong, stopped working. Since this machine is around 10-15 years old, I’m not able to get the replacement part.
eBay has some but they come from China. Don’t know if I can trust if it will work when I get the part.
Don’t know what I’m going to do. I have 12 hats, about 200 patches, dish towels, a sweatshirt, and other stuff to do.
I don’t have many options right now. I’m looking at anywhere from $8,000-12,000 for a new machine. Unless someone is generous enough to get one as a gift for me, that is not an option. Another used one? How long is that going to last me? This one was a gift to me from a friend who wasn’t using it.
Anyway, I’m going to let you go.
