Dear Future Company Member,
If you’re looking to build a career in dance, or you’re simply unsure of what your next step should be, I built the INstitute of Dancers for you.

If dance fuels your soul, never let go of that passion. Surround yourself with people who challenge you, encourage you, and believe in your potential. If that’s what you’ve been searching for, you’ve found your home.

At the INstitute, all levels are welcome. What matters most isn’t where you start, it’s your work ethic, your commitment, and your willingness to grow & trust the process.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been committed to creating an INclusive environment where artists are developed, confidence is built, a created family is formed, and every dancer is encouraged to become the best version of themselves, both IN and out of our space.

This is more than a dance company. It’s MICHIGANS MADISON SQUARE GARDEN⚡️. It’s a place to grow, to dream bigger, and to discover what you’re truly capable of.

We may be off and running at rehearsals, but we are still on the look out for a few more mentors to join our team!! Our artists are paired one to one with a mentor to help them work through the rehearsal and performance process! No theater experience needed, just the time and a kind heart!
*Ideally looking for mentors that are 13 years and up
