How my day is starting on this beautiful 62° morning! It's gonna be a great day! 🌞

If you're like me you don't always get the proper serving of fruit every day. I mean let's face it, besides extra expense, it takes time to properly wash and cut fruit. And forget about the mess...

So, I like to go to farmers markets when I can to get fresh fruit at a lower cost. Now that the weather is Thankfully getting warmer, there's no better gift than the present to focus on your health. It's the wisest investment you can make for your future and those around you.

This shake blend cost me about $23 and an hour of my time to prepare.
Included:
Guava- 38% dv of vit c
Cara Cara oranges- highest vit c of the oranges 🍊
Strawberries- 8 have more vit c than an orange 🍓
Grapefruit- 38.4 mg= 100% dv vit c
Pineapple- 131% vit c! 🍍

Also contains turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg & beet root powders, 0 sugar cranberry juice, & water
