Watching my daughter graduate high school fills my heart with so much pride. She is already far ahead of most girls her age — earning scholarships, choosing the college and career path she’s passionate about, and already working hard with a job of her own.

More than all of her accomplishments, I’m proud of the kind, determined, and compassionate young woman she has become. I can’t wait to watch her persevere, grow, and make a real difference in this world by helping others.

Going on this pilgrimage to Medjugorje with my incredible friend Tracye was one of the most surreal and profound experiences of my life. ✨

There are truly not enough words — or photos — to capture everything we experienced together. I could post every day for a month filled with laughter, unforgettable moments, meaningful conversations, and stories that will stay with me forever.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.

When you make time for your own well-being, you show up stronger, clearer, and more present for the people you care about. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and constantly putting yourself last only leads to burnout.

Rest when you need to. Set boundaries without guilt. Do the things that recharge you.

Because when you take care of you first, you’re not neglecting others—you’re making sure you can truly be there for them in a meaningful way. 💭
