EECC policy and procedures effective 1/23/08

Payment & Orders

All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering, unless prior payment arrangements have been made and approved. Orders that are made but not paid for will not be released. Customers who fail to pay for completed orders will not be permitted to place future orders without payment up front. Pickup Policy

Items that are paid in

full and designated for local pickup must be picked up within 15 days of notification. Items not picked up within 15 days will be considered donated. No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued for unclaimed items. Shipping Policy

Customers requesting shipping are required to provide a complete shipping address via private message. We will not track down customers for missing or incomplete shipping information. If a shipping address is not provided within 30 days, the order is considered paid in full and non‑refundable. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the seller is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers may not refuse delivery or request refunds due to shipping delays including not prividing correct address , loss, or theft. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any delivery issues. Policy Scope

This policy applies to all sales platforms, including but not limited to retail, wholesale, social media sales, and custom orders. By placing an order, you agree to all policies listed above.
