I can’t believe it… 6 years have come and gone.
…how do you genuinely put it into words? I know 6 is not that much. It’s not long at all, but my life and business have changed DRASTICALLY in 6, so it feels like decades to me!
From a very humble beginning…my business has gone through a ton!! From just wanting to share my finds and personal style to an epic first private buy, to taking my own photos, to a tiny setup in my living room, to working under tons of external
stress and pressure, to creating my own magazine, to on- location shoots, to terrible flat-lays, to moving every year almost all 6 years, to a major fashion week show, to another fashion show, to many moons of markets, to so many ebbs and flows of creativity, to some crazy finds, to learning and starting whatnot, to opening a storefront! It’s been so many new experiences and pivoting and trying new things! Whew! A run-on sentence is exactly what this has felt like. 😅
Everyday that goes by I am grateful to the people that make it possible to still do this…ahem, you! To the people that share in this passion and this world! Even if you’re just reading this passively, thank you for being here and allowing me to be a part of this vintage community!
In year 6, my focus is you! Bringing you the best possible experience! Giving you incredible value and bringing you phenomenal vintage as always. Also more consistent whatnot show days and focusing on my in-person shop for those nearby! I will no longer be doing markets and will be shutting my website down in an effort to maximize my time and energy!
Thanks for being a part of my journey! I’m celebrating this milestone on whatnot on Tuesday, September 22nd with a rare birds birthday show! 🎉Going to be filled with some collectors pieces from all eras, the theme is my favorite things!! Also tons of giveaways as a way to celebrate and say thank you! Going to be an incredibly fun evening of celebration!! Hope to see you there and celebrate with you!
