Release of Design to Client

Customer understands that “Shirts & More by Heather” retains the rights to all designs and does not transfer any rights of the design to Customer until paid full. Minimum deposit required and will be applied to total amount due before design is released for other use. Hourly rate will apply, including any changes once first proof is sent to client. Anyone using any design or creation by “Shirts & More by Heather” will be subject to legal action.
