🍋🧀 Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake 🧀🍋
📝 Ingredients
🍋 1 box lemon cake mix
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
🥄 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🍚 ½ cup granulated sugar
🥚 1 large egg
🍋 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
🛠️ Directions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Layer the Ingredients
Spread lemon pie filling evenly in the baking dish.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and lemon zest until smooth.
Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling and lightly swirl.
Sprinkle dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the entire cake mix layer.
3️⃣ Bake & Cool
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
