Our Story
True North was created out of love for the handmade community + our local makers. We offer finely curated handcrafted, locally made goods for you and your home. You’ll notice a common nature theme throughout the store. Most of our products are crafted using natural resources and eco-friendly materials and draw inspiration from our beautiful earth. If you're looking for something special your home, yourself, or to give as a unique gift, we have an extensive offering in-shop, and a growing online inventory.
In our store window, we house a workbench for our artists to set up and create. We also hold artist demos and pop-ups. Collaborating with our makers + our community is one our favorite things. Providing a platform to showcase artists, show you the hands behind their creations, and telling their stories is our True North.
Michelle Ryan opened True North in March of 2015. She is the founder, and artist behind the True North jewelry brand.
