A girl and some yarn.....

I have enjoyed working with yarn since I was little. I have spent many years crocheting afghans for me, family, friends and charity. One day I decided to tackle learning the "2 needle craft" of knitting and haven't been able to stop making, creating and designing things with yarn that are wearable! After making and giving away so many of my knitted/crochet items, I start

ed selling my items at my first ever craft show in November 2013 and had great success. My plan was to sell enough to make a $100 donation to my local pet shelter and discovered that I was able to make enough to send donations to three shelters! After the craft shows I sold over 200 hats via word-of-mouth and now am attempting a wider reach. Along with my crochet hats (which are my most favorite and popular item) I now have cowls, infinity scarfs, fingerless mitts and headbands available for sale. I am a full-time librarian and use every minute of my downtime to work on projects I can add to the shop or orders from past customers, family and friends. I continue to donate items to local charities and a portion of my funds to three of my local animal shelters keeping true to my original plan.
