Today we stumbled upon this amazing poker table by accident. Originally the table had a protective cloth on it but when we cleared it off and attempted to lift it to move it and the top just lifted off! I crouched, looked under it and was shocked to find the green felt! It only made sense with the amount of playing cards in the house 😆 so if you need the bougiest poker table in the world that converts to a swank octagonal dining table, come see us next weekend in San Marcos. We are taking the next week off to catch up on life stuff, paperwork, and enjoy some time with friends and family after a marathon 6 weeks of work without a day off!!!
Our next estate opens up July 17th-19th and its in a beautiful 3000 sq ft mid century beauty located in the center of San Marcos. I don’t normally post preview shots but I wanted you guys to see the before pics of this house. This is the house as is when we walked into it. It has so much potential. Gorgeous mid century modern furniture! Stay tuned, we can’t wait for you to see the transformation ❤️ there’s also a very large shop on the property full of tools and wood working stuff.

Our Huge Vintage-palooza starts this Friday June 26th-28th out in Fair Oaks Ranch, and y’all it’s a 2 story, 6 bedroom house packed to the gills with vintage from the 50’s-80’s. We only have 3 days to clear this massive property so our first day prices are better than most companies 3rd day prices!! There’s something for everyone at this sale if you’re into vintage and nostalgia. Click on the link in comments for all the details! Sign up sheet goes out around 8am with our door person and we open at 9am sharp!
I’d also like to add that putting a chair in line as a place holder does not count as you being in line, but y’all need to work that out with yourselves. Just know we do not honor chairs, boxes or other lists as means of a place holders in line.

Here’s the link to the estate we are currently getting ready to open up for you June 26-28th, in Fair Oaks Ranch. Hours are 9-4pm each day. Sign up sheet goes out at 8am and doors open at 9am sharp. This is a large 2 story home with 6 bedrooms so there’s an amazing amount of items in this house!! Please text with any questions as we are in serious concentration mode getting everything finished up for this Friday so we will not be answering phone calls.

We’ve had a lot of questions about our big antique sale in north San Antonio running June 11th-14th. If you haven’t had a chance to read our terms please click on that link in the estatesales.net ad. Link is in our bio.

1.)there will be a blank sign up sheet out with our door person at 8am. There is parking next to the house in a vacant lot under a bunch of oak trees but that space is limited to about 20 cars. We will have this area blocked off until we get there just after 7am. If you arrive prior to that you will need to carefully park on the shoulder in front of the property which is located off FM 3009. Once we are there we will hand out numbers to keep you guys in order and then anyone there early can pull into this vacant lot and continue to wait until the sign up sheet is put out. Once you have signed in you may leave but please be back in plenty of time to line back up in the order you are on the sign up list. We open the doors promptly at 9am. If your name is called and you are not there you have lost your place.

2.) no large shopping or tote bags. If you bring one in you will be asked to leave it with our door person. We’ll have plenty of boxes and some open top baskets to shop with.

3.) our display items are not for sale. This includes most easels, metal display stands, shelving, and fold out tables. All will be marked NFS

4.) please no small children or pets at this sale. It is far too cramped, people are rushing around in a hurry and small children and dogs may get trampled in the rush.

5.) the family has priced some items including most of the local Texas pottery in the living room in the built in shelves. Those are priced FIRM and will not be discounted. They will be keeping these items if they do not sell at their asking prices. This also includes the 2 spool cabinets, the large pie chest, the armoire, bakers rack and the Meyers pottery book. These items will all be marked with orange tags.

6.) we accept cash, card and Apple Pay as forms of payment

7.) the family is still living on the property so please be respectful if you arrive early and keep the noise down. They will also be out during the sale keeping an eye on things.
