Our big San Antonio Treasure hunt sale is nearly here. You can click on the link in our bio for all the info, descriptions and hundreds of photos.
Some things to note:
1.) A blank sign up sheet goes out with our door guy at 7am Thursday 8/27, 8am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you arrive early please for a line in front of the house.
2.) We will not honor place holders to hold you place in line. So do not drop off chairs, bags, boxes etc and leave thinking that holds you place in line. This is not fair to everyone driving from out of town.
3.) We have rented a Porto Potty for your convenience and we will be putting out coolers full of ice cold bottled waters until they run out and there are beautiful shade trees all over the front yard 🙂
4.) If you’re arriving very early please keep the noise to a minimum and no trolling around the back of the property. We are spending the night on site tonight to ensure the security of this house.
5.) We have 5 security cameras all over the house so please be on your best behavior. They will be monitored.
6.) No large bags or tote bags for shopping. We have 45 open top shopping baskets to use during the sale. If you arrive with tote bags you’ll be asked to take them to the hold area or leave them with our door person.
7.) Please dress for hot weather. It will be 100 degrees and while we have ac, the house will get warm with doors opening and closing. There’s also a significant amount of items outside to shop in the back!
8.) forms of payment are Cash, Credit card, or tap. If you’re paying with anything other than cash please bring a valid ID and you will incur a 2% convenience fee. We will also have 2 people running checkout. One that is Cash only and one taking both card and cash. No checks!!
9.) Candlewood is a narrow road. Please use caution when parking and do not risk being towed by blocking neighbors driveways or mailboxes.
10.) We absolutely can not help you move heavy or large items so please bring help loading those purchases. We also have a mover for hire if you wish to go that route.

Lastly, we are extremely busy with last minute preparations so questions may go unanswered at this point.

Areas are coming together in this packed 4000 sq ft home we are currently processing in North San Antonio. There’s a large selection of Native American pottery, art, taxidermy, duck decor, Vera Bradley bags and wallets, vintage a new kitchen, thousands of pieces of vintage and new clothing in sizes small, medium, large and XL. Ladies shoes in sizes 7, 7.5, 8 and 8.5. There are dozens of Coach, Dooney and Kate Spade purses most new with tags. Stay tuned for more photos!

Here are more “in progress” photos of the first full day of work on the large 4000 sq ft home in north San Antonio. There are layers upon layers, closets, drawers and cabinets to be organized. Every square foot of this home will be utilized to display all of these items for sale over a 4 day weekend at the end of August.

A few scenes from our next sale in north San Antonio. Dates to be determined but sometime towards the end of August. Maybe sooner, but this is a large house with a massive amount of stuff that we have to figure out how to arrange in the best way possible. Stay tuned! I’ll be posting as we uncover stuff 😁 every closet is jam packed to the ceiling!
