At Cramer’s Uniforms, we’ve always believed great businesses are built by great people.
Sometimes, you meet one of those people when you least expect it.
During a babymoon in July 2025 at Great Oak Manor in Chestertown, Maryland, our CEO, Matthew Laken, and his wife, Gina, experienced exceptional hospitality from Brielle Everson. From anticipating needs before they were spoken to creating a seamless guest experience, Brielle stood out in a way that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget.
Matt and Gina left saying the same thing: “If we ever have the opportunity, we’d hire her in a heartbeat.”
Over the next several months, they stayed in touch. So when Cramer’s Uniforms expanded into Delaware, bringing Brielle onto the team was an easy decision.
Because while skills can be taught, work ethic, initiative, and genuine care for others are qualities you can’t train
