I thought this was really cute. I run several groups outside this one, as well in many groups as to which I’ve never commented on. So here’s to all silent members, we are thinking of you.

Coconut Cake with Seven-minute Frosting
FULL RECIPE:
For cake:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups coconut milk (good quality, not “light”)
7 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut (cooking type)
1 cup of sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup butter (or coconut oil, melted)
2 cups all-purpose flour
