From the Cross Country team:

Dear Generals Fans and Supporters, we will send home green sheets with each athlete to begin collecting pledges for the laps they will complete during practice on Friday, September 11th. 4-5 pm. This is an exciting opportunity for everyone to come together and support our team’s journey to success.

Families and Alumni are also encouraged to join in by walking, jogging, or running during this time to help raise funds for our future achievements.

Every cent we collect will make a difference. As it helps provide for team attire, snacks, special meals etc.

Thank you for your unwavering support!

Best regards,
Coaches Clanahan, Martin & Manahan

P.S. How many laps can the average person walk around the track in an hour?
