• Not gong to lie, ohhh it is so tough after work. But your desire for what you want has be stronger than the discomfort - or in my case the desire to be in bed!! You won’t achieve anything if you aren’t in the right mindset!!! Most of the time it is your MIND holding you back, NOT your body!! Get out of your head (or bed lol) and show up!!!!!

“Wow, I really regret that workout” -Nobody Ever. •

On days in between working 12 hours shifts, learning and mixing new choreo for my fitness classes or managing Zyia there’s been plenty of times I want to slack. To just stay home in bed with my coffee (I work night shift -so no matter the time, I’m always in bed with coffee 😅) but I make time to get up and go because I know how I will feel afterwards.. all the good vibes, positive energy and self gratitude begins to flow out of me when I’m done!! I feel better, I look better, but most importantly it makes me happy. And because it makes me happy and it’s my thing - I make time for it!! You start making yourself happy when you start giving yourself that self care & self love in what ever form that may be! I love cycling and my bestie loves yoga! Whatever it is just take an hour to yourself everyday and get lost in it 😌 your future you will appreciate it! •

Everyone is so scared of white, bc it can get dirty, but I on the other hand love the color. Like a lot lol! Here me out... It’s so easy to bleach white that I’ve never had any issues with stains! If you feel like there’s something out there that you’re supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing & just do it ✨

Before Zyia landed in my lap, I had felt that I could be doing more. Yes. I’m a PICU RN with a great team of co-workers + BF + Fam who I just adore, but outside of my work I felt like I just wasn’t putting into the world what I felt capable of. Cue reading all of the motivational books and began searching for something that would feed that craving. I remember telling one of my co-workers about all of these ideas I could pursue as we tiredly walked to our cars from work and she’s looking at me all 👀🙉 maybe you should just watch a good Netflix show lol!
I began bouncing all of these ideas around, driving myself almost crazy following up on this path or that one and then one day, p**f. I was introduced to the Zyia Activewear, learned what the brand stood for and did I mention the cute cuteee clothes. I’ve been having so much fun getting my “hustle” since - I didn’t stop to realize I satisfied that craving, that thirst for more. It was Zyia - Inspiring & Uplifting all Women + embracing a healthy, active lifestyle!! If you feel this way too or want to put some positivity & energy back into that world, let’s chat ☺️
