Our 13th consecutive ESSENCE Fest is behind us, and we are excited about the years to come! This event serves as a special place for Brown Baby Design and our loyal supporters. Once again, we are overwhelmed with the amount of love shown this past weekend, and we thank every person who took time to stop by our booth, brought people to our booth, sent people to our booth, shared our post, and especially those who patiently waited in line. Shout out to all the parents, grandparents, aunties, and uncles who expressed, “Whew, I was running to get over here,” or “My babies have been wearing your stuff for 10 years now!” That means the world to us! We also want to send huge hugs of thank you’s to three organizations who came in large groups to support us all weekend: the beautiful women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who contributed to the sell-out of everything pink, green, and red, and to the Southern University and A&M College Alumni, y’all represented!
We are headed back to Dallas to regroup for the online orders already awaiting us, and yes, new designs are dropping.
Again, we love and appreciate our Brown Baby Design village, and we look forward to everything God has in store for this sweet little black woman owned business!
