They have some wonderful pieces of work, all of which were created by local artists and craftspeople. And I am so happy to tell you the shop has taken several of my pieces of knitwear which can also see there.

Hey All--It has been a while since I posted but that is because of all the knitting that has been going on.

Today, however, I want to invite everyone in the region to the Coleman Craft Fair that is happening on November 7 & 8, 2015. It is a big affair with lots of great crafts and Munchin' Goat Designs will be one of the vendors. I am excited. Hope you can come and see the great work that has been happening.

Got to say teaching online has been an interesting venture. And it is working well. There are over 30 people who signed up for the workshop; they come in when they are ready. Pictures of the work in progress are coming in and it is exciting to see how others interpret my design. It will be a bit of time for finished projects to get posted. Can't wait to see what they look like.

I always want to share that I am teaching my first workshop on the Toddler Miter Square Sweater pattern on Knitting Paradise online. It will begin January 20 but people can jump in latter. The pattern can be purchased at discount until January 26, 2015 on Ravelry.com (see post below for link) and the workshop is free.

Am so excited to say I published my first pattern on Ravelry.com It is the Toddler Miter Square Sweater and is selling already. You can see it here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/toddler-miter-square-sweater

This sweater jacket is a knitting experience with color and shape. It combines miter squares and garter stitch with a sharp mandarin collar.

Haven't posted for some time--Facebook & computers still fry my brain and I need that for my creative knitting and crochet work. But I do want to thank everyone who has tuned in here and liked my work and page. Hopefully I will figure out how to post pics again to share some of my newer work.

What I want to tell you is that Munchin' Goats Designs has been represented at the Gardiner Farmer's Market. The market is just off Main St in Gardiner btw the Pizza place and the old Railroad Station building. The hours are from 4 - 7 pm every Friday till the weather gets too cold. We will then be in the Gardiner Library once a month.
Remember handcrafted work is great for holiday gifts so come and visit and see what is new.

Just finished a crafts fair yesterday. Great day. Love craft fairs. Maybe its the comradery that automatically exists between crafters. Ran into some very old faces from earlier construction days. Many wonderful crafts and art to be seen. Had my market bags out but even tho it is mid-August, people were showing interest in my fingerless mits and scarves. Sold one of my favorites. Think you might like it, too.
