🌈✨ EXPLORING MY UNIVERSE THROUGH ART! ✨🎨
Reporting live from fashion school! 📚👗 For my Apparel Construction class at UW-Stout, I had an “Explore Your Universe” sketchbook assignment where I got to fill my pages with all the things, ideas, and visuals that inspire me creatively!
From funky fashion illustrations and exaggerated silhouettes to circus-inspired imagery, playful patterns, expressive faces, bold colors, and quirky little details, I wanted my sketchbook to feel like a peek inside my brain! 💭💖 My style has always leaned eclectic, colorful, a little chaotic, and unapologetically FUN. I love mixing unexpected shapes, textures, colors, and themes to create something that feels unique and full of personality.
This assignment was a fun way to experiment, get ideas flowing, and explore the kind of creative world I want to bring into my future fashion designs. Not everything has to be perfect or make sense to everyone — sometimes the best ideas come from just letting yourself create! 🖍️🪡
Fashion is so much more than clothes; it’s art, storytelling, self-expression, and a chance to turn the things you love into something wearable. And if there’s one thing I hope my work shows, it’s that there’s always room for a little more color, weirdness, and individuality! 🌟

✨ Fashion inspiration from the classroom to the museum! 🇫🇷🪡
A little peek into what I’ve been exploring at UW-Stout! I recently got to see the Paris couture exhibit at the MIA, and it was so inspiring to see the artistry, craftsmanship, and intricate details that go into couture fashion.
For my Global Fashion class, I also made a quick sketch inspired by a colorful Indigenous blanket featuring intricate beadwork and beautiful bird motifs. I love getting to explore how different cultures, textiles, and artistic traditions influence fashion throughout history and today! 🎨🧵
Fashion is so much more than what we wear — it’s art, history, culture, and storytelling all woven together. 💖
