Tucked away on Nantucket, the farm is part garden, part gathering place, and part creative space. Filled with organic vegetables, flowers, plants, and projects that change with the seasons.

We walked down to the waterfront to catch up with JC Juan Carlos Olmo , manager of CRU and a familiar face around Nantucket. Equal parts stylish and easygoing, JC keeps the energy high while leading a strong team through the nonstop pace of an island summer. W**e is at the heart of CRU, and it’s something JC has a real appreciation for himself. Making it as much a part of the experience as the food, the waterfront, and the people.
