Not everything made with Harris Tweed is noteworthy, but this raglan sleeve jacket from Golden Bear is. It just works. Size 2XL.

And the small amount of leather trim on this jacket is exceptionally supple. Small detail that really stands out.

New with tags, Polo Ralph Lauren suede bomber-style jacket in size XL. Read on.

So RL Polo Country pumped out a lot of suede bomber-style jackets in the late 80s/early 90s but they are very heavy and robust. Yes, they’ll last decades but can be fatiguing to wear.

In the last 10ish years PRL produced tons of these trim bomber-style suede jackets that are great for casual wear, but pretty light duty.

Then you have this piece (approx 20 y/o) sitting beautifully in between - robust enough to be worn hard but light enough for a relaxing day out and about. Peak PRL.
