wore custom Wiederhoeft on the opening night of her Eternal Sunshine Tour 🩶 styled by the one and only

The dress features a sheer corset with exposed, eroded steel boning. Hand-appliquéd paisley lace is overlaid with hand-embroidered floral motifs, made of blush raffia and wood beads. The skirt is made of cascading veil tulle, each hand-embroidered with a glass beaded edge.

wears custom Wiederhoeft to attend the 2026 Met Gala 🤎 Styled by

The gown is fully embroidered by hand on tulle, with shiny & matte raffia, chandelier crystals, and glass cut beads. The embroidery techniques include flat and padded satin stitch, appliqué work, French knots, wrapped wood beads, stem stitch, and vermicelli beading. The gown features an interior lace-up corset in n**e satin.

The look is inspired by Look 4 - the Rafi dress - from our SS/25 runway collection “Manifesto.” The Met Gala look focuses on museum-quality, Old-World techniques using natural materials that are reminiscent of the passage of time.

Raindrop-shaped chandelier crystals and metallic glass against the natural palm raffia evokes fresh dew drops on an ancient, decayed structure. The artwork, derived from Art Nouveau architectural cartouche motifs, have been exploded and collaged. A nod to underpainting and the art of preservation.

La La’s gown was hand-embroidered in Mumbai and constructed in New York City’s historic Garment District.
