Hypermobility isn’t just “being bendy.” When joints have a larger range of motion, the muscles around them often have to work harder to create stability. That can mean more fatigue, more tension, and that “my body is holding itself together” feeling.

A big piece of this is proprioception — your body’s ability to sense where it is in space. For some hypermobile bodies, gentle sensory feedback from compression can help give the nervous system more information. That added input may support:
