A professional dancer with the renowned Limón Dance, Jessica Sgambelluri has built an incredible career in modern dance, performing with companies including Graham 2, Buglisi Dance Theatre, and the Metropolitan Opera.

Recovery has become a major part of Kristen’s routine as she rebuilds strength, mobility, and confidence following surgery. From long rehab sessions to gradually returning to dance, she knows firsthand that the work you do off the stage is just as important as the work you do on it.

With 20 years of experience in dance education and training, Meredith is passionate about helping dancers train like the athletes they are. Through Flux, she uses a strength-based approach to help dancers build stronger technique, prevent injury, and create longevity in their dance careers.

From the studio to strength training, Meredith knows that taking care of your body is just as important as pushing it, and recovery is part of the work. 👟

Built around the belief that running should be accessible, safe, and equitable for everyone, BedStuy Flyers brings runners of all levels together to work hard, have fun, and uplift one another along the way. Robin has helped support that community both on and off the pavement, including contributing her creative talents to the club running their website.
