How To Actually Get Good Photos In Your Hotel Room๐ธ๐ซ๐ฅ
You donโt need a whole studio setup, you just need a window, a couch, and a few tricks most people donโt think to try.
If youโre staying somewhere with good light (like this room), hereโs whatโs worth doing before you check out:
perch on the arm of the sofa instead of sitting straight on. It reads far more natural than a standard seated pose.
Use the throw pillows as props, not just set dressing.
Shoot toward the window instead of away from it and let the light do the work.
And donโt stop rolling the second the โposeโ is over. Some of the best frames happen in the half-second after, when no oneโs trying anymore.
Filmed this with my partner during our stay at THE WEEK& Resort. Proof you donโt need a professional setup to walk away with photos youโll actually want to post.๐ค
