That faith should stay private.
That a message weakens fashion.
Yet on the runway of New York Fashion Week’s first official modest show… our garments carried identity instead of compromise.

Not costumes.
Not trends.
Not aesthetics borrowed for a season.

A narrative.
Athari walked with the weight of memory.. symbols, stories, and a worldview stitched into fabric.

And the same industry that once said it wouldn’t understand and that we wouldn't be compatible … documented it.
