These Chanel ballet flats came in well loved — and we mean that in the best way. 🖤 But the soles and heels were worn down and needed a full refresh.

We stripped them back, cut new soles to the exact shape of the shoe, rebuilt the heels, and sealed every edge by hand. Delicate work for a delicate shoe.
