There are people who represent a company…
…and there are people who represent an entire industry.
After spending time with Lucas Boselli, I walked away believing he is firmly in the second category.
Despite leading one of the world’s most recognized access control organizations, what stood out wasn’t corporate scale—it was genuine curiosity, humility, and a desire to connect.
🔹 Great leaders create access before they create influence.
Lucas has built relationships by sharing knowledge, creating opportunities, and bringing people together across our industry.
🔹 Stewardship extends beyond your own organization.
The conversations weren’t centered around products—they were centered around the future of life safety, security, and the responsibility we all share in shaping better environments.
🔹 Innovation begins with listening.
Before the best ideas are designed, engineered, or manufactured… they are understood. The willingness to listen may be one of the most underrated leadership traits.
As someone who spends every day helping clients create safe, secure, and meaningful environments, I always appreciate meeting people who recognize that our work is ultimately about people—not hardware.
The locks, doors, readers, and access systems are simply the tools.
The experience they create is what truly matters.
Thank you, Lucas, for your hospitality, your generosity, and for the work you continue to do—not only for ASSA ABLOY Group , but for the access control industry as a whole.
Looking forward to many more conversations.
