Its owners, Eddy Chai (brother of designer Richard) and Paul Birardi, were co-founders of the relaxed, cool menswear line Odin, so when they turned this tattoo parlor into a boutique in 200

8, they knew the landscape, and the customer. Additional adornments, like Repetto flats and Philip Crangi jewelry, are artfully arranged among the clothes.
