With the impending doom of WWIII looming over all of us I figured I should probably get in as many beer posts as I can before the world ends. I recently had an amazing but way too short vacation up in NY where I stayed in a beautiful Airbnb in the woods. Needless to say I had to get my hands on some NY beers to complete the experience and luckily the local beer store had an absolutely bonkers selection and I was lucky enough to get my hands on this can of deliciousness. This was the definition of what a sour IPA should be and the apple and cinnamon additions only elevated this even more and I was blown away by how good it was, much like we will all be blown away by the inevitable nukes flying all over the globe. Dang, did I get dark again? Sorry! Anyways, this was incredible and I highly recommend not only checking this beer out, but checking out everything else is putting out. Cheers!

Let me tell you folks about one of my favorite PA breweries, . They legit are making some of the best hoppy beers in the state and I’d be bold enough to say that they are making some of the best hoppy beers in the world. I’ve been visiting these folks for years now and every time I visit they only seem to get better and better which is insane because the only other example I have of things getting better as they get older is Nev Campbell. Argue it, I dare you. Anyways, this beer was absolutely smashing as Nigel Thornberry would say and I highly recommend giving these folks a visit because they have amazing atmosphere, amazing food, and always amazing beer. Anytime I’m down in Delaware visiting my mom I always have to stop at the local beer store because their selection is bonkers. I mean come on now, look at this beer. I know you’re chubbing up a little and I don’t blame you because after drinking this I was right there with you. The Out Of Order series from has been consistently amazing and they are def one of the best at heavily fruited sours. This bad boy (no affiliation with diddy) was no exception and had basically every fruit thrown in but at no point was this overbearing or overly sweet and pretty much each fruit had its moment to shine throughout the can. Do yourself a favor and snag this if you can because it’s not to be missed out on. Cheers! P.S. I know I blew it by not taking a picture of the beer in my glass but honestly it was so good I forgot to snap the pic. Deal with it.

Ahhh, Doozy Of A Smoothie, my nickname back in the ol’ locker room after I freshly manscaped…If you’ve been following me for longer than a few months you probably have learned a few things about me by now. 1) I’m a huge nerd 2) I have an extremely inappropriate sense of humor bordering on being a straight up a-hole 3) I LOOOOOVE me a good heavily fruited sour. Well let’s go build some LEGO, make jokes about ge****ls, and drink this amazing beer from just so you can experience all 3 at once! Seriously though, this beer was chewy, fruity, and had a fantastic balance between sweet and tart and I am so glad I was able to snag more than one for my drinking pleasure. If you get the chance to drink this do not pass it up. Cheers!

I may not be a connoisseur of the sticky icky, the pakalolo, the purple sticky punch, or whatever you wanna call it but I know dank when I taste it and this baby is DANK! .oyster.brewery holds a special place in my heart for numerous reasons and they literally never miss when it comes to their beers and this is no exception. I snagged this a while back while visiting with my folks in DE and after the first sip my taste buds were happier than an extraterrestrial seeing dress up as one of their best for Halloween. I’m just glad I grabbed a 4 pack because one can was not nearly enough! Now do yourself a favor and go give these folks a visit and try their beer because you will not be disappointed! Cheers!

It’s been a while since I’ve tasted this beer and boy oh boy have I missed it. I’ve been a fan of ever since my first sip much like I’ve been a fan of Nev Campbell ever since my first little pubey sprouted but that’s a story for another day. Great now I’m just thinking about Sidney Prescott and my pants got tighter… Funny enough, that’s the same effect this beer had on me with its silky smooth yet still in your face hoppy flavor with just enough sweetness to balance things out making for one heck of a sessionable and flavorful brew. Seriously, do yourself a favor and pick this up and let it go BOOM in your mouth with tastiness. Cheers!

Another hotel beer from my recent Washington DC trip and this one was a doozy! I never had the pleasure of tasting anything from before but when I saw this I just had to pick it up and I couldn’t have been further from disappointed. This was bursting with hoppy deliciousness with a fantastic fruity blend of flavors mixing in to balance out and the result was a NEIPA I couldn’t get in my face fast enough. Seriously, me drinking this could have been a video on Pornhub because I’m pretty sure I got the can halfway down my throat just to drink it faster. Oh , how I’ve missed you. My sister used to live relatively close to these folks so I always made it a point to stop in and grab a beer (or 3) and some food while I was visiting her. Now it has been a whiiiiiile since I’ve been there and she’s moved so when I saw this 4 pack during my recent trip to DC I just had to grab it. Let me tell you, this was just as incredible if not even better than I remember and now all I want to do is plan another DC trip so I can visit them directly! Seriously, do yourself the biggest favor and try these folks out for yourself ASAP because they make some phenomenal beers and always have incredible food on the menu!

We’re back Bay-Bay and not necessarily better than ever but at least just as good as before! I figured there was no better brewery to post after taking some time off the Gram than because I have really been craving me some heavily fruited sours. This beauty right here hit the spot and made me sq**rt a bit with its in your face berry flavor balanced out by the perfect amount of sweetness to make for one hell of an enjoyable drink. If you haven’t dabbled into the world of Schmoojees yet make sure you pick this up because there’s no better place to start than with the OG! Cheers!

Man, I love when a brewery creates some magic that shows the rest of the country what this state is capable of. Thankfully really made PA proud with this one blending together tart grapefruit with the juiciness of a NEIPA better than Post Malone blends face tattoos with country music which says a lot because “I Had Some Help” is what the youngin’s call a “Banger”. Do they still say that? Either way, this beer is fantastic and you really should be drinking it so get those bootys out there and pick some up for yourself!

What happens when two of the best hazy IPA makers in PA join forces to create a beer? I don’t know, what happens when you mix Guy Ritchie and English gangsters? What happens when you mix Eminem and a microphone? What happens when you mix and Animal Crossing? Magic and incredibleness, that’s what happens with ALL of the above. and teamed up to brew one heck of a flavorful and crushable hazy IPA and now I just want to go camping and chug these in a tent. Actually, I hate bugs and sleeping in the ground so maybe I’ll stick to chugging these in the comfort of my home. Much better. Do yourself a favor and snag as much of this as you can before it’s gone because it’s one hell of a collab. Cheers!

Ahhhh Drip, the thing that always ends up in boxer-briefs after I p*e no matter how many times I shake it. Seriously, how do I prevent that?? I’m not going to dab the tip with toilet paper like a weirdo but there has to be a way! Ok, I’m way off track here so I apologize . This beer was absolutely fantastic and I’m surprised that the can was able to hold that much hop flavor inside without exploding prior to being cracked open. This was a total hop bomb and I couldn’t be happier that it completely destroyed my tongue and taste buds in the best way possible. Make sure you check this beer and this brewery out because you will not be disappointed. Cheers!
