G-Project Mercedes-Benz S-Class AMG Estate concept.
The rear of an S-Class Estate is where wealth and warning meet — the clean tailgate, the discreet star, the quad exhausts that hint at what’s truly under the hood. This study captures that essence, paying tribute to the 1997 W140 S73T AMG — the hand-built estate that hid a 7.3-liter V12 behind the most understated bodywork AMG ever produced. Draped in mars red, the rear quarter reveals slim wraparound LED tail lights flanking a minimalist tailgate adorned only by the three-pointed star, sitting above a sculpted diffuser carved with twin quad exhaust outlets. The wide rear track and softly muscled haunches frame forged AMG alloy wheels, while the integrated rear spoiler and tight glasshouse preserve the executive elegance the S-Class is born with. No badges shouting power. No vents pretending function. Just AMG craftsmanship, dressed for the boardroom.
A quiet tailgate. A loud legend. The S73T spirit, reborn.
