Hi 👋🏽 I’m Carla, the founder and creative Director of Carla Colour eyewear. I recently celebrated 10 years running my brand, and during that time I’ve mostly been behind the camera. Stepping out in front of the lens has been tricky for me because despite my bright outfits and loud glasses, I’m a bit shy on camera. 🫣 I have so many cute new eyewear styles to introduce to you, so it’s high time for me to get on screen! Today I want to celebrate my friend, Bianca. We met in 2022 at a market in Charleston. She was new on the indie market scene with her brand I remember thinking how cool she looked with her colorful kantha jacket, rad haircut, and sweet lilac manicure. 💅 I felt so honored when she bought a pair of my CARLA COLOUR glasses. I landed an amazing yellow-and-cream NAMAI jacket that I literally haven’t taken off since that day. It has come on every single trip I’ve taken for 4 years!

Not only is Bianca now my close friend, but she is also one of the most inspiring small-business owners I know. She is always supportive and forever encouraging me through the ups and downs of running an independent brand.

To celebrate this friendship and the spirit of uplifting collaboration, we are hosting a CARLA COLOUR x NAMAI pop-up in Brooklyn this weekend. Come see us for a hug and try on our cute, colorful things!

We’re hosting a 3-day pop-up at The Delta Brooklyn next weekend!
