Build all over cubed ice in a highball, stir gently, then float a couple of scoops of sorbet on top.

50 ml Papa Salt Gin
25 ml Amalfi Lemon Juice
25 ml Simple Syrup
100 ml Soda
50 ml Amalfi Lemon Sorbet
