Reflecting on a defining milestone for Bellas Foundation, we are honored to continue our longstanding partnership with Prospanica National at the 2nd Annual Para Ella Symposium. This inspiring convening reaffirmed the excellence, influence, and leadership of Latina professionals across the nation. As committed partners for several years, and with our founder Fleriser Bello serving on the Latina MBA Initiative Committee, this work remains deeply meaningful to our mission and purpose.

One of our most significant moments was presenting the Bellas Partner Award to the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) for their steadfast commitment to expanding pathways for emerging leaders. We were especially privileged to recognize Dr. Mara Queiroz‑Vaughn, whose dedication continues to shape and empower the next generation of Latina professionals.
We also extend our sincere congratulations to this year’s esteemed honorees: Adriana Rozo‑Angulo, Director of Quality at Millipore Sigma, recipient of the International Award by SHEmprendedoras; Maria Rios, President and CEO of Nation Waste, Inc., honored with the National Award; and Randy Gomez, CEO of Spark Labs and Director of MBA Corporate Relations at Berkeley College, recipient of the La Magistral Jugada Award.

We extend our gratitude to Dr. Betty, whose keynote address delivered both insight and inspiration. To every panelist, moderator, speaker, partner, and sponsor, your contributions and support were invaluable in shaping the success and impact of this year’s symposium.

At Bellas Foundation, advancing and elevating Latina leaders is central to our mission. The momentum continues to build, and the collective impact of this work grows stronger each year.

Thank you for attending the Bella’s Golf Clinic, where we focused on Basic Techniques: swing mechanics, grip, and stance. 

Your presence, energy, and willingness to learn transformed the clinic into a powerful moment for our community.

This event brought together influential attendees and distinguished leaders from across the NY/NJ tri‑state area, creating a dynamic environment for networking, connection, and a meaningful introduction to the sport of golf. Under the expert guidance of Pete Gilmore of X‑Golf Scarsdale, participants gained hands on insight into essential golf fundamentals that set the foundation for confidence on the course.
