the past six months my life has genuinely changed completely. I left a corporate job in recruiting after six years grinding in the city to go all in on fitness and building my business full time.

now I’m coaching, I’m an owner, and I’m hungry to watch Hold for Three grow. building it all alongside my partner Natalie, and honestly just loving life through it.
