Recently, we’ve received a few drop-offs that unfortunately did not meet our acceptance standards. To help make the process smoother for everyone, please ensure that all items are:

✨ Clean and freshly laundered
✨ Free of stains, tears, holes, and excessive wear
✨ Current styles and in good condition
✨ Neatly folded and placed in bags or boxes that you will not need returned

Drop-offs are accepted on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM – 6 PM.

Following these guidelines helps us continue providing quality merchandise for our customers and allows us to process your items more efficiently.
