Good Evening Friends!
Let me introduce y'all to my partner in crime and one of our new Co-Owners, the ridiculously talented Kelsey! I'm not exaggerating when I say she's got more skills in her pinky than most people have in their entire being. This girl's a regular MacGyver, except instead of duct tape and twine, she's all about flour, sugar, and a dash of magic. We've had a blast on our countless girl nights, whipping up all sorts of goodies, but Kelsey's true claim to fame is her culinary wizardry. And, fun fact, she's also my Executive Chef at my day job - yeah, I'm a lucky boss! This chick can bake, cook, and has a borderline obsession with sourdough 🥖 that's downright impressive. It's hard not to brag about her, because let's face it, talent like this doesn't come around often. Kelsey's a wife, a girl mom to a precocious, clever, and slightly spicy four-year-old mini-me, and a natural-born saleswoman - her tiny human sidekick rocked her first vendor show with us two weeks ago and stole the show!
Now, for the exciting part: we're adding fresh-from-the-oven sourdough goodness to our lineup, courtesy of Kelsey's alien-like baking skills. Her dog treats are a must-have for our four-legged friends, and her bread loaves? I have actual dreams about them.
