As many of you wake up this morning, you may have noticed a smoky haze and burning smell throughout town.

This is from smoke drifting down from a wildfire In Wharton State Forest (Burlington County), and not resulting from anything in Elmer or the surrounding communities.

If you see or smell smoke near your home, this MAY LIKELY be the cause. If you feel there is an imminent hazard or fire condition within your home or property, please dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Vulnerable populations are urged to stay indoors, with windows closed whenever possible, to minimize the effects of smoke and related odors.

Its been a busy prom/bridal season but wanted to stop for a sec and share this beautiful Mother of the Bride redo for her lovely daughter, the bride. Not many girls are willing to wear their Mom's 1990 something gown but Terri and Delaney took the leap and vowed to trust the process. It came out beautifully and they loved it.
