Holiday Hours Reminder 🇺🇸

The NCC Thrift Shop will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, so our volunteers can enjoy the holiday weekend with family and friends.

We look forward to welcoming you back during our regular business hours next week. Thank you for supporting the Thrift Shop and the ministries it helps make possible.

A reminder that the NCC Food Pantry will be OPEN this Thursday from 1:00–6:00 PM during our regular hours.

The NCC Food Pantry provides fresh and non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, and household cleaning items at no cost to Newmarket and Newfields residents.

If you or someone you know could use a little extra support, you're welcome here. Every visit is met with care, respect, and compassion.

Together, we can help make sure our neighbors have access to the essentials they need. 💚

We are so grateful as we reflect on this year's NH Gives campaign from earlier this month.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our congregation, community members, friends, and supporters, we raised $2800 in just 24 hours to support our Food Pantry and Emergency Assistance programs.

We are continually humbled by the kindness and generosity shown by our community. Your support allows us to respond to growing needs while creating a place where people can find hope, dignity, and connection.

While the NH Gives event may be over, the impact of your generosity will continue throughout the year. The funds raised will help us keep our pantry shelves stocked, provide emergency assistance to local families, and strengthen our mission of serving our neighbors with compassion and care.

On behalf of everyone at NCC, thank you for believing in our work and investing in the well-being of our community. We are truly blessed to be part of such a caring and supportive community, and we look forward to continuing this important work together.

You’re invited to take a moment in the sanctuary to set down whatever you have been carrying, lift your voice in song, share your prayers, and be reminded that hope is real and that you are never alone.

This week the focus turns to two texts.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-15 , the familiar reminder that there is a time for everything and a season for every purpose, all of it held in God’s hands.

Romans 6:12-23 speaks of living in the gift of grace that God offers.

So come as you are. Bring your family, bring a neighbor, or simply bring yourself. A warm welcome is waiting, and there is a seat saved for you. 💜

I bet most of us can relate to the experience of reaching something we worked hard for and finding it a little hollow when we arrived. The Teacher in Ecclesiastes knows that feeling. So does Paul.

This Sunday we explore what it looks like to let go of the story that no longer serves us and discover the freedom waiting on the other side.

We will also be honoring Father's Day together.

Come as you are, and bring your dad if you can!
