I used to spend Sunday evening with a heavy feeling in my chest thinking about Monday😮‍💨.
This happened for about 4 years. I used to dread the alarm going off and I would count the hours until I had to clock into the workplace that was draining me.
It took one year of solid year planning, and many prayers but I finally made the decision to resign from my toxic job and break free.
And let me tell you there is something DIFFERENT about waking up on a Sunday knowing you don’t have to spend another week pretending you’re OK in a toxic work environment.
No more sacrificing my peace for a paycheck!
Was it scary? Absolutely!
It was a very tough decision especially in such a horrible economy with a challenging job market. But I decided that no paycheck was worth my peace and health ….which was deteriorating.
I know I have a lot of work ahead of me and I know that I may have to work other jobs while I build this business and build my brand but I’m totally OK with choosing freedom and purpose in this life that actually feels like mine.
I probably won’t make a posts like this very often, but I thought somebody might want to to hear this if they’re in a toxic job.Please know that I am praying for you and I hope you can find a way out soon.🙏🏾

💎 Photos from my visit to the Bell point gem show.
You could choose your stones and pay per carat.
I blew my bead budget so I did not buy any loose stones. I did buy some beautiful cabochons from this vendor though.
The fossils were just breathtaking and so were the crystal and mineral specimens.

I love her already💕😩. More jewelry designs using the beads I bought from the gem show I attended this past weekend.

This garnet necklace would look stunning on Rihanna. It probably would look good on you too. This song popped into my head while making this necklace I think it’s because Garnet is such a romantic gemstone.
I received my September issue of Elle magazine with Rihanna on the cover and thought I should make a post kind of like a vision board of where I want my jewelry to end up a way to manifest good things to come.
